Celebrating NHS 75 – In partnership with NHS Muslim Women’s Network, National NHS Muslim Network and Muslim Doctors Association

The National NHS Muslim Network are excited to partner with the NHS Muslim Women’s Network, and Muslim Doctors Association, to invite you to our Celebrating NHS 75 event, where we will be celebrating the contributions of Muslim colleagues across the NHS. All our Muslim colleagues, allies and friends are welcome!

Date: Tuesday, 18 July 2023

Time: 5-6.30pm

The theme will be ‘Then and Now’ and we want to share stories of challenges people had to overcome previously and what challenges Muslim staff are experiencing now.

Our guest speakers include:

• Dr Nighat Arif, NHS/Private GPwSl in Womens Health, Medical Broadcaster, BBC3CR Radio Presenter, Author.
• Dr Habib Naqvi, Director, NHS Race and Health Observaory.
• Shahana Ramsden, Strategic Adviser, Workforce and Community Transformation, ED Consultant, Frimley Integrated Care Board.
