To support Mental Health Awareness Week (13-19 May 2024), the National NHS Muslim Network invite you to attend our Mental Health Awareness Event. This year the theme is ‘Movement: Moving More for our Mental Health’.

Date: Wednesday, 15 May 2024

Time: 5-6pm

Movement is important for our mental health. But so many of us struggle to move enough. We know there are many different reasons for this, however it is important for us to take time out to look after ourselves.

Join the multi-award winning Co-Chairs of the National NHS Muslim Network in their interactive session to learn more!
