Thank you and final goodbye to our outgoing Co-Chairs!
From all of our Muslim colleagues, members, allies and friends, we want to sincerely thank the outgoing Co-Chairs – Shohail Shaikh (Chartered Fellow, FCIPD), Halima Dagia (Chartered MCIPD) and Riyaz Patel BSc (Hons), CIPS for all of your hard work, compassionate leadership and relentless tenacity. We want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude.
Your unwavering efforts have fuelled an incredible journey, one where we’ve developed award winning support packages, undertaken ground-breaking development work, positively impacted thousands of lives and given back to the NHS and our colleagues in ways we are truly proud of. Together, you have made a lasting impact, and furthered the inclusion agenda. You have truly been a beacon of hope, inspiration, compassion, growth, inclusion and innovation.
Though we part ways, the work you have accomplished will continue to make a difference. Thank you for leading and steering us on this journey. The Outgoing Co-Chairs have provided their reflections for sharing. Please take the time to read and reflect on their words. We love you and will miss you immensely. With heartfelt appreciation and wishing you all the very best, Lots of love from the National NHS Muslim Network
